Refund policy

Returns:
Items are returnable for store credit only. Returns are only accepted on full priced items. Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date. Sale items, food items, and seasonal merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned. Items must be unopened/unused, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges:
Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on items purchased online. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases.

To start a return
Please email us at southernjunknc@gmail.com. The subject line of your email must be your order number. Please include the reason for the return in your email. Once you have emailed us we will provide you with next steps on how to get your return to us and the processing timeline.
