Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:
We make every effort to have products shipped out within 3 business days of the order being placed. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update. Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. All items ship via USPS or UPS to United States residences only. We reserve the right to choose the carrier based on automated shipping charges. Flat rate shipping ranges from $9-$14 depending on zip code and your distance from North Carolina. Free shipping to all zip codes on orders over $250

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. 

Damaged Items:
Occasionally an item is damaged during shipping. We know it is a bummer when that happens! We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you have a damaged item please keep all packing materials and the box, so we can better assist you with a shipping claim. To report a damaged item, please email us at southernjunknc@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. The subject line of your email must be your order number. Please include a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item. Each damage report will be individually reviewed for assistance. 

Order Issues:
We hope it is rare, but once in a while, we make a mistake. We’re real humans packing and shipping each order. We take great care when fulfilling orders but things happen. Please email us at southernjunknc@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture of the issue and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Pickup Policy: 
When you place an order for local pickup you will receive an email when your order is ready. We will try our best to have your order ready for pickup within one business day. Please pick up orders at Southern Junk (110 Wade St Jamestown NC 27282) within 14 days. Pickup will be during regular shop hours (Wednesday - Saturday 10am - 5pm). If you need extended time please email us at southernjunknc@gmail.com. If you have not contacted us and items are not picked up within 30 days, the order will be canceled and no refund will be given.
